Refund Policy

We stand behind our work, but due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis with specific conditions.

1. General Refund Policy

Given the personalized and custom nature of our executive authority services, all sales are generally final once work has commenced. However, we understand that circumstances may arise, and we evaluate refund requests individually.

2. Cooling-Off Period

You may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment if:

  • No work has been performed on your project
  • The intake process has not been completed
  • No deliverables have been created or initiated

3. Partial Refunds

After work has commenced, partial refunds may be considered based on:

  • The stage of project completion
  • Deliverables already provided
  • Third-party costs already incurred (media distribution, domain registration, etc.)
  • Time and resources invested in the project

Any partial refund will be calculated as the total project cost minus completed work and incurred expenses.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable once completed or initiated:

  • Media placements that have been secured or published
  • Domain registrations (domains will remain in your ownership)
  • Completed ghostwritten content that has been delivered
  • Published microsite content
  • Third-party service fees (press distribution, etc.)

5. Cancellation by Client

If you choose to cancel your project mid-stream:

  • You will receive all completed deliverables to date
  • You are responsible for payment of all work completed
  • Any prepaid amount will be evaluated for partial refund based on work completed
  • You retain ownership of all domains and content created

6. Service Failures

If we fail to deliver contracted services, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. This includes:

  • Failure to complete project within 120 days (without client-caused delays)
  • Inability to secure contracted number of media placements
  • Failure to deliver agreed-upon number of content pieces

7. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee professional-quality work. If deliverables do not meet professional standards:

  • We will revise the work at no additional cost
  • You are entitled to reasonable revision requests
  • Major quality issues may result in partial refund after good-faith revision attempts

8. Client-Caused Delays

If project delays are caused by client non-responsiveness or failure to provide required information:

  • The 90-day timeline is paused until client provides necessary information
  • Projects inactive for more than 60 days may be closed with no refund
  • Reactivation may require additional fees

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days and returned via the original payment method. PayPal processing fees are non-refundable.

10. Dispute Resolution

Before requesting a chargeback or payment dispute, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. Chargebacks may result in immediate project cancellation and potential legal action.

  2. Provide your project ID and reason for refund request
  3. We will review your request within 3-5 business days
  4. You will receive a detailed response with our decision
