1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using DangerLion's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
2. Service Description
DangerLion provides done-for-you executive authority services including:
- Personal authority microsite development
- Media placements and press distribution
- Ghostwritten content creation
- Marketing asset development
- Domain registration and mailing list setup assistance
3. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full upon project commencement unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payment via PayPal and other methods as specified on our packages page. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
4. Project Timeline
Standard projects are completed within 90 days from the date of intake completion. Timeline may vary based on:
- Client responsiveness to information requests
- Complexity of positioning requirements
- Third-party media publication schedules
- Founders tier clients receive priority processing
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information during intake process
- Respond to requests for information within 5 business days
- Review and approve deliverables within stated timeframes
- Maintain professional headshots and biographical information
6. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients own all deliverables including:
- Microsite content and design
- Ghostwritten articles and content
- Marketing assets and media kit materials
DangerLion retains the right to use completed projects as portfolio examples unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Media Placements
While we guarantee media placements as part of your package, we cannot guarantee specific publications or exact publication dates. All media placements are secured through legitimate press distribution channels and editorial relationships.

9. Limitation of Liability
DangerLion's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination, client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
